  1. Nice product
Good for the money but I wasn’t sure if this is good for a regular motorcycle. I had to return them just to be on the safe side.

  2. This is a great oil for the older muscle cars!
I run this in my muscle cars because it has a higher zinc content than standard motor oils. It also works well as an alternative for the high priced quicksilver mercury marine oil.

  3. Price is “okay” works on classic motors
I’ve used this for a few years in my older vehicles. 1967 Mercury Comet 202 – 351W flat tappet, and my 1973 Ford F-250 Camper Special with a 390 flat tappet motor. When breaking the engines in, I use some zinc additive, but for daily driving, I use this Valvoline VR1 for the extra zinc. For the price it has worked well and I have never flattened a cam like I did some modern oil I used to use (back before I knew they pulled the good stuff from oil, and probably the cheapest name brand stuff I could find at the time).Works like a champ, I hope they keep the price down, or drip it another $5 to keep it on my shopping list.

  4. Has all the vitamins and minerals my Rover V8 needs.
Reviewed: Valvoline VR1 Racing SAE 20W-50 Motor Oil 5 QTThis is the only oil you should be using in a classic pushrod engine of any sorts. It has all the zinc that was once in over the counter oils. Oil additives have been known to cause problems, I switched over from Rotella T4 and zinc to just this. The engine runs quieter now too boot.

  5. As good as OEM motor oil
Used in 2011 Road King, prefer not to pay rip off dealer prices. This oil is as good as or better than HD brand, proven by interdependent studies.
