3. If you want the best oil, change it regularly.
   The best oil is oil that is changed regularly. The next best thing you can do is put in good oil, and Valvoline is a good oil. Synthetic is, in my opinion, much better than regular petroleum oil because it has much greater resistance to temperature extremes, and will maintain its lubrication qualities better and longer. That being said, it will collect contaminants, acids, and other products of combustion just like any other oil, so I change mine every 5 thousand miles or 1 year, which ever comes first.
   I’ve used Valvoline it for years and have never had a problem with it. That being said, I am not brand loyal when it comes to my cars and trucks, and so I will generally buy whatever brand name synthetic oil comes along on sale. Valvoline is frequently on sale, especially if you buy in bulk, is a good oil. I don’t think you can go wrong with it. My Nissan hardbody with 420,000 miles on it agrees.

5. You can wait longer between oil changes.
   This oil is synthetic which means its grown in a lab, its not a naturally occurring substance. It works so well that you can go 5 years or 30K miles between oil changes. Your car will thank you.
